Are there any additional fees?

a. We deliver to all areas of Canberra, Queanbeyan and Googong. There may be a small travel fee of $15 depending on where you are located. Please note that if your are outside of the area's mentioned above the travel fee may be higher.  This will be flagged at the time of your booking being made and will be added to your final payment invoice. 

Luxe pop-up picnics:

Do you offer a picnic catering service?

a. We do not cater internally. However, we do know some with an amazing grazing table supplies. If you would like to include food as part of your picnic just let us know and we’ll assist in pointing you in the right direction. 

What happens if it rains?

a. Please review our T&C regarding wet weather. Whilst we know no-one can control the weather there is a number of things that we need to do in preparation to our events. 

Do you supply alcohol?

a. No, we are not licensed to serve alcohol so you will need to bring along your own. 

Can you plan and design my corporate event or celebration event?

a. Yes, we can! We offer either luxury picnic events for all occasions. Please get in contact with us directly and we will work with you to make your vision come to life. 

Tee-Pee Party

What time should I start and finish the party?

a. we will aim to have the party set up between 10am and 2pm. At the time of booking we will contact you to discuss times of both set up and pack up via email. We will call you 48 hours prior to the event and confirm all the timings. 

How much space do I need?

a. We will need at least 1m wide by 1.8m long of space for each teepee to ensure there’s enough room for the mattress and to allow for easy movement around the setup.
